Southern Inland Queensland ACC has closed from 30 June 2009.

We are sorry to advise that Southern Inland Queensland ACC has recently made the decision to cease all operations after the 30th June 2009, following advice from the Australian Government that ongoing funding would not be continued. The new entity called Regional Development Australia - which was to be in place from 1st July 2009 - will not be operational until sometime in September 2009. Unfortunately, this means that there will be a gap in regional development services across our region after SIQACC closes and before the local RDA committee is established. If you would like more information on what the role of the RDA will be in your community, please refer to the website www.rda.gov.au .
